Public decision card

The address is enough

Enter a Quebec civic address, a cadastral lot number — useful for a vacant lot, which has no address — or paste the full text of a listing: we surface what is already publicly on record, and compute the welcome tax on real amounts when you provide them.

An address, a cadastral lot number, or the full text of a listing — all three work. A vacant lot often only has a lot number.

The price indicated by the person who created this card — leave blank for a scenario based on the assessment value.

Frequently asked questions

Is this free?
Yes. A limited number of free cards per day, no account needed.
What's on the card?
The resolved address (or lot), assessment roll values, an estimated welcome tax and flood status, when that data is on record.
Can I search by lot number instead of an address?
Yes. A single field accepts either — useful for a vacant lot, which often has only a lot number and no civic address.
Can I paste a listing's text?
Yes. The same field accepts a listing's full text — we extract its numeric facts (indicated price, assessment value, taxes), never the description or photos. When the municipality has a comparative factor on record, the card also shows the assessment roll value adjusted to market by that factor. This is not a chartered appraiser's report and does not replace an appraisal for financing, insurance, or legal purposes.
Do I need an account?
Not for the card. A free account is required for the full analysis (buy verdict and maximum recommended price).
